An all-level introduction course.
This 4 week course, which focuses on the Spine, Hips and Shoulders and Full-Body Integration over eight 60 minute deep practise sessions, is designed to introduce movers and explorers to our philosophy on movement and life, with a practical mobility toolbox, for immediate practise and long term benefit.
This is a great place to START if you are new to our work, seeking movement for MAINTENANCE or simply a BEGINNER.
The course includes our signature MOBILITY course, UNLIMITED ACCESS to additional classes on our schedule and facilities in support of your practice with a growing community of movers.

ONLINE - MOBILITY Intro Course
An all-level introduction course.
This is a 4-12 week Step-by-Step course [or longer, depending on your level, needs and pace] - providing you with isolated, integrated and dynamic mobility exercises and drills for KEY areas of the BODY, including
• Spine
• Hips
• Shoulders
• Full-Body Integration
It provides carefully selected drills and complete practise sessions, designed to help you access deeper joint range of motion, and full body mobility, stability and coordination.
With this course you can build a tool-box of movement-essentials, supporting freedom of movement with a longevity-based mindset and improved quality of life.

MIXED Movement
An intermediate+ level course.
Founder and Head Teacher at The Movement Lab, Wayne Paul, a Certified Budokon Mobility Teacher, and Mixed Movement Athlete, introduces you to Mixed Movement - a predominantly Floorwork-based practise, inspired by the graceful and potent BUDOKON MMA - Way of Warrior Spirit - movement system.
This integrated practice, combining Jiu-Jitsu, Yoga, Mobility, Calisthenics, and Cognitive Studies, is designed to enhance joint mobility, sculpt unparalleled strength, and refine athletic prowess.
