MOBILITY Introduction

An all-level introduction course. This 4 week course, which focuses on the Spine, Hips and Shoulders over eight 60 minute deep practise sessions, is designed to introduce movers and explorers to our philosophy on movement and life, with a practical mobility toolbox, for immediate practise and long term benefit.

MIXED Movement

Founder and Head Teacher at The Movement Lab, Wayne Paul, a Certified Budokon Mobility Teacher and Mixed Movement Athlete, introduces you to Mixed Movement - a Floorwork-based practise, inspired by the graceful and potent BUDOKON MMA - Way of Warrior Spirit - movement system.
