1. MOBILITY Introduction Course

 Our entry-level Mobility course is four weeks long and ongoing – join any week. Learn some of our signature mobility-basics for improved joint range of motion, multiple-joint integration and overall movement improvement.

LOW IMPACT movement for SPINE, HIPS, SHOULDERS, KNEES, ANKLES, WRISTS
and FULL BODY INTEGRATION.

2. MIXED MOVEMENT Course

AN IMMERSIVE and powerful integration of athletic Mobility Drills & FLOORWORK sequences.

Ideal for anyone with a fair level of movement functionality who seeks further discipline,
deeper understanding of movement freedom and self-discovery.

Develop tools for efficient co-ordination, proprioception, full body integrity,
performance and recovery. 

Inspired by the potent BUDOKON Mixed Movement Arts system, merging elements from Combat Sports, Yoga and Calisthenics – this course also provides tools for creative expression with a longevity-based mindset.

PRIMAL MOVES

A quadrupedal movement-based system consisting of dynamic physical maneuvers that replicate the locomotive characteristics of many animals.

STRENGTH &
CONDITIONING

A challenging class intended for full-body Strength & Conditioning. Class is predominantly body-weight and kettlebell based.

Strength training exercises such as bodyweight exercises, kettlebell work and resistance band workouts help increase muscle strength and power, leading to improvements in overall physical performance.

MIXED MOVEMENT
OPEN CLASS

A class open to all levels curious to explore a variety of movement methods and skills, including isometric strength, object manipulation, partner work, the elements of flow and surprise.
